The Villa is situated in the village of Bliznatsi, 30 kms south of Varna, a short stroll from Kamchia, and approximately 40 kms north of Sunny Beach. |

Bliznatsi is a popular village with Brits, it has, at the last count, 22 families either living there or who have bought there. Several small shops and a couple of popular bars & restaraunts. |

The villa sits in its own extensive well maintained garden which includes a fruit orchard and a large paved patio, ideal for a relaxing drink after a hard day on the beach, and, should the evening turn chilly fire up the log burner for some extra comfort, although with the under floor heating you are not likely to need the fire, except of course for that comforting effect from a real wood fire. |

We have three bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen diner. The bedrooms will sleep 5, in the lounge are 2 bed settees which will sleep another 4, in total, space for 9 people. The are 2 large balconies available from 2 of the bedrooms, and the bathroom has a real bath as well as a shower. |

The kitchen includes a split level cooker, microwave and fridge. |
